Charters Financial Services grows its Mortgage Hub team further

14th September 2021

Charters Financial Services has announced another raft of appointments that will further augment its Chandlers Ford Mortgage Hub.

Joshua Rankin is named Mortgage and Protection Adviser, joining Charters’ first academy Mortgage and Protection Adviser, Adrian Perch who began the inaugural  programme two weeks ago.

Laura Barker is appointed Mortgage Processor and joins Beccy Stephenson, Charters’ Sales Support Executive who runs the organisation’s admin team.

‘We’re delighted to boosting our Mortgage Hub team once again,’ commented Alain Amos, Charters Financial Services’ Managing Director. ‘It’s a great reflection of the volume of mortgage applications that are steadily growing in line with confidence in the housing market. We’re proud to be ahead of the curve when it comes to processing applications and getting borrowers moving without stress.

‘I’m particularly excited to welcome Josh to the Mortgage and Protection team as we’ve worked together in the past – I know with his drive and Laura’s excellent administrative skills, the Mortgage Hub will continue to attract even more applicants to the Charters brand.’

I can’t recommend Simon enough.

We had found a house that we loved and had an offer accepted. I was confident that I could arrange my own mortgage again but agreed to meet with Simon to see what he could offer. Fortunately, I accepted Simon's offer as my income circumstances had become more complex since my last mortgage and my existing lender would no longer accept a large portion of my income. It was looking like we would have to retract our offer but Simon used his extensive knowledge of lenders and managed to secure us the money we required, at a great rate and in an extremely short period of time.

Simon is hugely knowledgeable, with excellent communication skills – I will certainly use Simon again and will be giving his details to friends and colleagues.
